This Privacy Policy explains how SRWX (“we”) collects, uses and protects information when you use SRWX Edge (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account data

Email address, account name, and billing details you provide when you register.

Operational data

Aggregate request counts, egress volume, cache hit ratios and error rates, used to operate and improve the Service.

Technical data

Edge logs (timestamp, requested path, response status, client /24 prefix) retained for up to 7 days for abuse handling and debugging.

2. How we use information

• to operate, monitor and secure the Service;
• to bill for usage and detect fraud or abuse;
• to communicate with you about your account;
• to compile aggregate, de-identified statistics.

3. What we do not collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on the dashboard. We do not inspect the contents of objects you store beyond what is required to deliver them.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure. Edge logs are retained for up to 7 days. Billing records are kept as required by law.

5. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that host edge nodes and process payments, under contracts that limit their use of the data, or where required by law.

6. Security

Access to systems is logged and reviewed. Credentials are stored hashed. TLS is enforced on all interfaces. We notify affected users of any confirmed security incident without undue delay.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@cdn.srwx.app.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
